Eating out for your goals




Hello beautiful ones! Long time no post! I apologise because I have no excuse as to why I have been MIA but I will try not to make it the norm. I promise! 😊

So, who else gets worried when they have to eat out? I feel very worried when I have to eat out and especially at weddings. This is because it is easier to check a restaurant's menu online before heading there than it is to know what will be served at a wedding. The 'not knowing' makes me nervous because I know that most times it will mean eating things that are incompatible with my goals. If this resonates with you, do not despair because I have found the perfect solution to this problem!

The solution? Always eat before you head out to your events. It really is that simple!

I have found out that every time I have a high protein, high fibre meal/snack before heading to a wedding or an event, I am less likely to "accidentally indulge". Do not get me wrong. Sometimes, I love to indulge for the fun of it and I do and I absolutely relish it.😍   But when I "accidentally indulge" it makes me feel miserable and so i try to avoid it at all costs. Eating a high protein, high fibre meal prevents this from happening because I usually feel so full, it is hard to "accidentally indulge". Does this make sense?
