Ask a woman to start weight training and the next thing she visualizes in her mind is her face on the body of Arnold Schwarzenneger. 😅  Funny but truueeeee. Most women won't touch anything heavier than 2kg dumbbells even if their life depends on it because they don't want to look "manly". This idea that lifting weights make you look manly has been perpetuated for so long that it seems to be the truth but is it really? No it's not! On its own, lifting weights will not make a woman "manly" and neither will it make a man more "manly" either. Weight lifting is not that powerful trust me. If you want toned arms like Michelle Obama's or thighs like Serena's, then not only do you have to eat a certain way, you also need to combine this with the right lifting protocol. While some women are not fussy about how they look and just want to marry the love of their life, other women want to look near perfect and spend time, money and energy trying to get in shape to fit into their dream dress. Whether or not a woman is fussy about how she will look on that day is up to her but the important thing is that she takes care of herself  prior to the event.
