Ask a woman to start weight training and the next thing she visualizes in her mind is her face on the body of Arnold Schwarzenneger. 😅 Funny but truueeeee. Most women won't touch anything heavier than 2kg dumbbells even if their life depends on it because they don't want to look "manly". This idea that lifting weights make you look manly has been perpetuated for so long that it seems to be the truth but is it really? No it's not! On its own, lifting weights will not make a woman "manly" and neither will it make a man more "manly" either. Weight lifting is not that powerful trust me. If you want toned arms like Michelle Obama's or thighs like Serena's, then not only do you have to eat a certain way, you also need to combine this with the right lifting protocol.
